How long does it take to go live?
About two weeks for a typical school — kick-off, configuration, data migration from your existing Excel/CSV, and staff training. We do the setup with you rather than handing you a manual.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your student strength. The Professional plan (up to 500 students) is ₹31,999 per year — an introductory early-school rate, reduced from ₹39,999 — and early schools also get the ₹15,000 setup fee waived. Request a quote for your exact numbers.
Is my students’ data safe?
Each school runs on its own subdomain with isolated data, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, role-based access so staff only see what they should, and automated backups. Much of this information is about minors, and we treat it with corresponding care.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. The parent and student portals work in any mobile browser. A dedicated Android app is on our roadmap.
Can you move our existing data in?
Yes. As part of onboarding we bulk-import your current students, staff and fee data from Excel or CSV, so you are not re-typing anything.
What do our students get from Priodemy?

Can we pay by cheque or bank transfer against an invoice?
Yes. Schools typically pay annually by NEFT/RTGS, UPI or cheque against an invoice. We will share account details when you are ready.
