1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Priodemy ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Priodemy provides free programming tutorials, interactive code editors, certification assessments, and learning resources. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Educational content and tutorials across multiple programming languages and tools
• Interactive code playground
• Code examples and live demonstrations
• ProdiFy certification assessments (free and paid)
• AI-powered search across all lessons

3. User Obligations

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harvest or collect information about users without their consent

3.2 Code Playground Use

When using our code playground, you agree to:

• Not execute malicious code that could harm other users or systems
• Not use the playground for cryptocurrency mining
• Not attempt to bypass security restrictions
• Respect reasonable usage limits

3.3 Certification Exam Conduct

When taking ProdiFy certification exams, you agree to:

• Take the exam yourself, without help from another person
• Not share exam questions, answers, or screenshots
• Not use any unauthorized resources during the exam
• Accept that any violation may result in invalidation of your certificate

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Content

All content provided on Priodemy, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, code examples, lesson material, and software, is the property of Priodemy or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

4.2 Your Code

You retain all rights to code you write using our playground. Code is stored locally in your browser; we do not store your code on our servers.

4.3 Educational Use

Our tutorials and code examples may be used for personal learning and educational purposes. Commercial use, redistribution, or republishing requires written permission from Priodemy.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices, including how we use Google AdSense and other third-party services.

6. Disclaimers

6.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

6.2 Educational Content

While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that our tutorials and content are complete, accurate, or up-to-date. Programming languages and technologies evolve, and content may become outdated.

6.3 No Job Guarantee

Completing courses or earning certificates on Priodemy does not guarantee employment, salary outcomes, or career success. Job placement depends on many factors outside our control.

6.4 External Links

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Priodemy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful components transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service

8. Payments, Pricing & Refunds

Most of Priodemy is free to use, including courses, lessons, the blog, the code playground, and the free Practice and Test-Yourself modes of ProdiFy. Only the ProdiFy certification exam may carry a charge, and this section applies to those paid certification purchases.

8.1 Pricing

Certification prices are set by Priodemy and are shown to you at checkout before you pay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Pricing is determined by us and is not negotiable or set by the buyer. Some certifications (for example HTML, CSS, and Git) are free, while others are priced per course (₹199 or ₹299) as displayed at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

8.2 Payment

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for how payment data is handled). Where a discount or 100%-off voucher applies, the price shown at checkout is adjusted accordingly, and a ₹0 order involves no payment.

8.3 What a purchase entitles you to

One certification purchase entitles you to one exam attempt for that course. The exam is online and time-limited, and it is scored on our servers. Passing is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your performance; a certificate attests only to your performance on the exam and is not a guarantee of employment, income, or any particular outcome. Not passing an exam is not a ground for a refund; if you do not pass, you may take a retake (a new attempt, sometimes offered at a discount) after a short cooldown.

8.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: a certification purchase is non-refundable once the exam has been started, because the service has been delivered. Refunds are available for a duplicate or accidental charge, an incorrect amount charged, a technical failure on our side that prevented the exam from being delivered, or where the exam was never started (if requested within 7 days of purchase). Free practice/test modes and ₹0 voucher orders involve no charge and therefore no refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. To request a refund, email support@priodemy.com with your order or payment ID and the reason. Please read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms, which prevail over this summary in the event of any conflict.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

14. Severability

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Priodemy regarding the use of the Service.
