Priodemy for School adds Computer Science and English, reaching 168 chapters

Priodemy has extended Priodemy for School into two subjects it did not previously cover: Computer Science and English. The addition takes the library from 125 chapters to 168.

The new material follows the CBSE syllabus for Classes 9 and 10 and keeps the format of the existing chapters — written explanation, a quick-reference sheet, worked textbook and previous-year answers, and a twelve-question practice quiz. As with everything else in Priodemy for School, it requires no account, no application and no payment.

English: 25 chapters across literature, grammar and writing

The English material covers the Class 9 and Class 10 Language and Literature course. That includes the prose, drama and poetry of the main readers, the supplementary readers, two grammar chapters per class, and the writing formats each class is examined on.

The chapters are written as study notes rather than as a copy of the text. Summaries, themes, character work and analysis are explained in Priodemy’s own words, with quotation kept short and used only where the exact wording is what is being discussed. Students who need the text itself already have it; what they generally lack is someone explaining what a passage is doing and why an examiner cares.

Computer Science: 18 chapters following the Computer Applications sequence

The Computer Science chapters follow the CBSE Computer Applications sequence for Classes 9 and 10 — information technology basics, office tools, cyber safety and ethics, and programming. Each chapter carries a quick-reference sheet in place of the formula sheet used in the science subjects.

Every answer key checked independently before publication

Each chapter is reviewed against the source material by a second pass that does not see the author’s working, and every quiz answer is re-derived from scratch before the chapter is published. For this batch that process re-derived 240 answer keys and corrected 302 issues across the 25 English chapters, ranging from a misattributed quotation to answer options that could be read two ways.

Priodemy publishes that number deliberately. Free study material is not usually checked this way, and a student has no way of telling a carefully verified explanation from a confidently wrong one. The review exists because a wrong answer key in a practice quiz teaches the mistake rather than catching it.
