Privacy Policy — Priodemy Office 24×7

1. What the app is

Priodemy Office 24×7 is an offline, on-device office suite — documents, spreadsheets, presentations, notes, a PDF viewer, and an on-device AI assistant. This policy explains, plainly, what the app does and does not do with your information.

2. Data we collect

None. The app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal or usage data. It has no analytics, no advertising, no crash or telemetry reporting, no user accounts, and no backend server.

The app does not request the INTERNET permission, so it is technically incapable of opening a network connection to send your data anywhere. This is a property of how the app is built, not a promise about how we behave.

3. Where your content lives

Everything you create or import — documents, spreadsheets, presentations, notes, and any images you add — is stored locally on your device, using an on-device database (Hive) and the app's private storage. It never leaves the device through the app.

• Import, export and share happen only when you explicitly choose them, through Android's own file picker and share sheet. Where an exported file goes — another app, a cloud drive — is governed by the app or service you pick, not by us.
• The on-device AI assistant runs a language model (Qwen2.5-0.5B) entirely on your device via llama.cpp. Your prompts and the assistant's responses are processed locally and are never sent to us or to any third party.

4. Screen lock (optional)

If you enable the optional app lock, your PIN is stored only as a salted one-way hash on your device, and biometric unlock uses the Android system biometric prompt. This information never leaves your device and is never sent anywhere.

5. The AI model download

The AI model is around 400 MB and is not bundled in the initial app download. It is delivered by Google Play as a Play Asset Delivery asset pack, downloaded to your device shortly after install. That transfer is performed by the Google Play Store, not by the app, and your use of Google Play is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. The app itself still sends no data and holds no INTERNET permission.

6. Permissions

The app declares only the permissions it needs to function:

• USE_BIOMETRIC / USE_FINGERPRINT — the optional biometric app lock.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC, RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED — added by Google Play's asset-delivery library to run and resume the one-time model download. None of these permits the app to send or receive your data; only the (absent) INTERNET permission could do that.

7. Children's privacy

The app collects no data from anyone, including children.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
